These terms apply whenever you browse readytodyeapparel.com or place an order with Ready To Dye Apparel. Please read them before you buy.

1. General Conditions

Ready To Dye Apparel runs an online shop where every item is made to order. Using this website in any way, including placing an order, signals that you accept these terms and the policies linked from them. Orders may be placed by adults, or by younger shoppers with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

2. Products & Orders

Our production partner prints each item after it is bought. Listing photos are digital mockups, so the real color and the exact position of the artwork can differ a little. Fabric, care and decoration notes on a listing describe the option you select. We accept your order when the confirmation email is sent. If a piece cannot be produced or the payment cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and return the full amount.

3. Pricing & Payments

Every price on the site is in U.S. dollars. A price can be updated before checkout, and the figure confirmed at checkout is the one you pay. The Payment Methods page lists how you can pay, and the full amount is collected when the order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates and rates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for a parcel moves to you once the carrier delivers it to the address entered at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Replacements and refunds are governed by the Return & Refunds Policy, while edits requested ahead of printing are handled by the Cancellation & Modification Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The artwork, text, graphics and logos here are owned by Ready To Dye Apparel or used under permission. Copying, reselling or reproducing them requires our written consent. Anyone who thinks material on the site infringes their rights can use the DMCA Reports process.

7. Acceptable Use

Please use the site honestly. Fraudulent orders, attempts to get around security, scraping that slows the shop down, and unlawful or abusive messages or reviews are all prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Where the law permits, any claim connected with an order is capped at the amount paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Which Law Applies

These terms are read under the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. If something goes wrong, email us first; most problems can be settled directly without a formal dispute.

10. Updates

When these terms are revised, the new version appears on this page with a fresh effective date and applies to orders placed from then on.
