Ordering & Payment

Are your products dyed by hand?

No. Ready To Dye is a name about color. Every design is printed onto the garment or item you choose, after you order it.

What are the steps to order?

Open a product, set the style, color and size, drop it in the cart and check out. The confirmation email with your order number lands in your inbox a moment later.

How can I pay?

The Payment Methods page lists today’s options, and every price is in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

When should my order arrive?

Open the product page’s Shipping Time tab for a dated estimate, or see the complete timing and rate table in our Shipping Policy.

Can you ship to another country?

Most countries, yes. Import taxes and duties are the recipient’s to pay, and the shipping page names the few destinations we cannot serve.

Where is my tracking number?

It arrives by email once the parcel is collected, and the Track Order page can look it up too.

Sizing

Which size should I pick?

Lay a similar piece from your wardrobe flat, measure it, and check those numbers against the chart for that style on the size chart page, which lists inches and centimeters.

Do all styles fit the same?

No. Tees, hoodies, jackets and all-over printed pieces each have their own measurements, so always check the chart for the style you are buying.

Returns & Refunds

Something arrived broken or incorrect. Now what?

Send the order number and a few photos within 30 days of delivery, then pick a reprint or a refund. The refunds page has every detail.

Can I return something I simply do not like?

Because each item is printed for one order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Please check sizes and details before ordering.

Can my order still be changed?

Yes, as long as you email inside 6 hours of checkout and printing has not begun. The steps are on the cancellation page.

Care

How do I keep a print looking new?

Turn it inside out, run a cold wash with like colors, then hang it up or tumble on low. Skip bleach, keep the iron off the artwork, and follow the care note on the listing.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Can you print my own design or a large quantity?

We do not offer custom artwork uploads at the moment. For a larger order of an existing design, email us the product link and quantity and we will tell you what is possible.
