Not every design belongs on a shirt. This section collects the pieces that live around the house: ceramic coffee mugs, lidded tumblers for the commute, and ornaments for the tree or the rear-view mirror. They make easy gifts because nobody has to guess a size.
Each item is printed for its order. Mugs and tumblers are decorated with a heat-transfer process that bonds the ink to the coating, and ornaments are printed on a flat surface and finished with a ribbon or string. The product page states the material, capacity or dimensions, and its Shipping Time tab gives a dated delivery estimate.
Because these items are fragile, we pack them with protective material before they leave. If anything still arrives chipped, cracked or misprinted, snap pictures of the item and its box before anything goes in the trash.
Care instructions vary by item and are listed on each page. In general, hand-washing printed ceramics keeps the design bright for longer, and metal tumblers belong nowhere near a microwave.
Breakage, print faults and wrong items can all be flagged within 30 days after delivery. Email those photos with your order number and we will reprint the item or credit you back, following the steps in our Return & Refunds Policy.
