Shipping Policy
Every order is printed first and shipped second. Below: the time each stage needs, the delivery price and the carriers we hand parcels to.
Estimated Delivery
Add the two stages together: production on our side, then transit with the carrier. We count each stage in business days, which means weekdays only and never U.S. federal holidays. An order that arrives after 11:00 AM Central Time is treated as received the next business day. One table covers every product type in the shop:
| Address | Production | Carrier transit | Expected total | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 2–4 business days | 4–8 business days | 6–12 business days | $6.99 to send one item, and $3.00 more for every item you add |
| All other countries | 2–4 business days | 12–22 business days | 14–26 business days | $15.00 to send one item, and $6.00 more for every item you add |
The Shipping Time tab on a product page turns these same numbers into calendar dates for that item. Treat them as estimates: storms, carrier backlogs and customs inspections can stretch them.
Shipping Costs
What you pay for delivery depends on where the parcel goes and how many pieces are in the cart, following the Rate column above. Checkout shows the exact delivery charge on its own line, and no handling fee is added on top of it.
Carriers
Inside the United States, parcels travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx. International parcels go with USPS international services, DHL, UPS or the local postal service of the destination country. The carrier is chosen per parcel for the destination, and orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking link.
Tracking
A tracking email goes out on the day the carrier collects your parcel, and the first scan normally appears 24–48 hours after that. The Track Order page shows the same information.
Where We Cannot Ship
- Checkout offers no delivery option for addresses in Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Ukraine, so orders to those countries cannot be completed at this time.
- Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. Write to us before placing an order to one of these and we will check whether delivery is possible.
International Customs & Duties
Parcels leaving the U.S. are sent duties unpaid. Whatever customs duty, import tax or brokerage charge the receiving country sets is collected from the person receiving it, occasionally before the carrier hands the parcel over. Refused parcels and unpaid duties are not refundable.
Important Notes
- Please review the address before you pay. When a parcel bounces back because of a missing apartment number or a typo, we can send it again once the delivery charge is paid a second time.
- Tracking says delivered but your doorstep is empty? Ask the neighbors and the local post office first, then tell us within 30 days so a carrier claim can be opened.
- Lost, damaged and misdelivered parcels are handled under our Return & Refunds Policy.
Support Hours
Delivery questions are answered at [email protected] during Weekdays, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time (No support on weekends or U.S. federal holidays).
