Buying Mugs & Tumblers: a short guide
Morning coffee tastes better out of a cup that makes you smile. This section has printed ceramic mugs, some with a colored handle and interior, and lidded tumblers for drinks on the move. Capacity, material and finish differ between styles, so the listing is where you confirm the exact size and build of each option.
Mugs and tumblers are printed one at a time after the order is placed, then wrapped and boxed for the trip. Each drinkware page has a Shipping Time panel with an estimate for that exact item.
Read the care note on each listing, because microwave and dishwasher guidance depends on the style. As a rule of thumb, washing printed drinkware by hand keeps the design vivid for longer, and anything with metal in it stays out of the microwave.
Opening a box to find a crack or chip is frustrating, so please photograph the mug and the packaging as soon as you notice. Report breakage, print faults or a wrong design within 30 days after delivery and a fresh mug or a refund will follow, per our Return & Refunds Policy.
