Buying Ornaments: a short guide
Small, light and easy to mail, ornaments are one of the most popular gifts in the shop. They come in a few shapes, such as circles, stars, hearts and ovals, with the design printed on the front and a ribbon or string for hanging. Listings that offer more than one shape let you choose before adding to the cart.
The ornament is printed after you order, then wrapped with care because the surface can scratch. Check the Shipping Time panel on its page for an arrival estimate, especially if you want it before a particular holiday.
Dimensions and material are written on each listing, so you can check whether it suits a full-size tree, a small tabletop tree or a car mirror. Wipe the surface gently with a dry cloth; water and cleaners can damage the print.
If an ornament reaches you broken, misprinted or not the one you ordered, keep the packaging and take a photo. Report it within 30 days after arrival and a fresh ornament or a refund is on its way, as explained in our Return & Refunds Policy.
