DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect the rights of artists and copyright owners. If you believe material on this site uses your work without permission, here is how to report it.

1. Our Commitment

We act on proper notices of claimed copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 of the U.S. Code, section 512.

2. Contents of a Valid Notice

  • The signature, handwritten or electronic, of the rights holder or of a person entitled to act for them.
  • Which copyrighted work you believe was copied.
  • Where the disputed material sits on our site, precise enough for us to find it, ideally with a link to every page involved.
  • How to reach you: full name, mailing address, telephone and email.
  • Your statement that, in good faith, you believe the use you are reporting has not been authorized by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
  • A declaration, sworn under penalty of perjury, confirming the notice is truthful and that the copyright is yours or that its owner has authorized you.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices can be posted to Ready To Dye Apparel — Attn: Copyright Agent, 4025 Bald Eagle Dr, Manhattan, KS 66502, United States, or emailed to [email protected] with the words “DMCA Notice” in the subject.

4. How We Respond

A complete notice is reviewed within five business days. If it holds up, the material is taken down or blocked, and anyone who supplied it is told.

5. Counter-Notice

Think something was taken down in error? A counter-notice must carry your signature, handwritten or electronic; identify the removed material and where it used to appear; state under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that it was removed because of a mistake or misidentification; and give your name, address and phone number together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas (if you live abroad, any judicial district in which Ready To Dye Apparel may be located), plus your consent to be served with process by the original complainant or someone acting for them.

6. Repeat Infringers

Anyone who supplies infringing material more than once has that material removed and is no longer someone we work with.

7. False or Misleading Claims

Under Section 512(f), a sender who knowingly lies about infringement, or about a removal having been a mistake, can owe damages, costs and legal fees.
